You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If there was an error with your order resulting from our mistake, we will pay for the return shipping label. However, for all other instances, you must pay for the return shipping cost.
Please make sure all items are well packaged and protected when you return the items to us. Once we receive your item in its new, unopened, undamaged condition, we will refund you in full. If we receive a used or opened product from you, then your order might not qualify for a refund. If we received a damaged product as a result of you failing to package and protect the product properly, you might receive a partial refund or no refund at all. Again, please make sure you package the item(s) properly when you make a return to us.
